2004-2005--A Kleen Sweep Inc., of the First Coast opens its doors as  a residential and commercial full service cleaning company formed by a former executive of Corporate America. A Kleen Sweep Inc. begins residential service in Oakleaf Plantation located in Orange Park.  By popular demand, the business began to branch outside the Oakleaf Plantation grounds.

2006--A Kleen Sweep Inc. becomes the most popular new residential and commercial cleaning service in Jacksonville and Orange Park FL.  The corporation instituted a zero tolerance policy against business interference and are proud to be  mercatanty free.  We also instituted a policy against discrimination of any kind.  A Kleen Sweep becomes number one in Oakleaf Plantation and the surrounding areas.  The President of the Corporation begins work on the next step in building the highest rated cleaning service in the U.S.A. by working on Franchise arrangements.

2007--A Kleen Sweep Inc of the First Coast becomes the first Franchise under the ownership of A Kleen Sweep of the East Coast.   A Kleen Sweep of the U.S.A. oversees all business  for newly established East and West Coast offices.  We opened our second office in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL  in April 07.  A Kleen Sweep Inc. of the U.S.A. begins its development of a new Franchise located in San Diego, California to be opened in 2008. 

In January 2007, A Kleen Sweep Inc became Jacksonville Florida's number one small business cleaning expert.  We cater to small business' who need special cleaning techniques to ensure that their offices are sparkling clean.  We began with one, and now have exceeded our expectations.  We have become the leader in small business cleaning because we care, and we do our best to make sure all offices who contract with us, receive the best customer service and the best cleaning around.  That is our promise.

In May 07, a book deal began for A Kleen Sweep Inc, where the owner of the business will chronicle from day one to present the life of an entrepreneur in the cleaning industry. Featured chapters include the immediate and necessary dismissal of a former partner (Lisa, Oakleaf) which led A Kleen Sweep  to fight for new legislation banning business interference as well as accountability for breech of fiduciary business duties in the State of Florida.  Personal stories told by the former business partner and  her brother about their upbringing will be discussed. We will describe who the couple is, who their family is and where they are from.  What did she say about her husband's past? (audio). We are going to reveal in our book, to be finished by early summer, who the owner of the company is who has caused so many Oakleaf and Fleming Island residents so much heartache.  We have emails and documents by the State of Florida to back up our facts.  Why are so many seeking legal representation? Who is Mr Arnie?  Why does he "hide" behind his daddy???  Sad, but we will call him out! Who are Tucks and Safer?  What kind of scam are they running?  We will call them out as well!  We will also let everyone know what our PI has found out for us about Mr. Arnie's extra-marital activities that his wife has yet to find out about, but we will reveal to her shortly.  Why was he fired from the builder who he sold his business to?  Why does he keep selling his companies?  Too many lawsuits to handle?? A Kleen Sweep will work very hard to have all of Mr. Arnie's licenses revoked (how does he have more than one building license??).  We will also make sure that Mr Tucks never practices law again and Mr Safers "licenses" are permanently revoked.  We will meet with Florida's House of Representatives, as well as Florida Governor Crist to let them see what is going on in one area of their state and who is commiting the crimes.  Mr. Arnie and "his clan" will be brought down for good! **Sept 2007--A Kleen Sweep Inc has travelled back to San Diego with an update.  Our new office located in Pointe Loma will open in June 2008, and the owner will be there to help through the beginning stages.  Only good things to come for A Kleen Sweep Inc.  We are very proud of our accomplishments and new ventures.

**Dec 2007-A Kleen Sweep Inc President will run The National Marathon To Fight Breast Cancer (www.breastcancermarathon.com) on February 17,2008.  Please consider joining us for such an important cause.  This year has been an amazing year for A Kleen Sweep.  We have franchised the corporation, and will be beginning 2008 stronger than ever! 

2008--January was a wonderfully rewarding month for business.  A Kleen Sweep  signed new customers in new counties in Florida.  Business is prosperous, clients are happy and we are proud to report 100% satisfaction.  New ventures began and more to come.  Over 100 pages of truthful reading have been completed for our book to be sent to publishing later in the year.  Previewers love the bold honesty of the owner of the Corporation as well as all of the audio, video and text to go along with it.  We will update on our San Diego office later in the year when we have our grand opening. February generated new business in the restaurant industry. We are proud to be cleaning your local pizza chain in Orange Park, FL.  Info will be available to all clients in our newsletter released monthly.

May '08- We are almost 1/2 way through the year already and business is prosperous.  New accounts, new beginnings, new partnerships.  We have now completed 3/4 of our book, have been able to ralley residents regarding our former partners personal life and business life and have been able to obtain over 1,200 signatures to date.  The couple has been up to their tricks of the trade and have been seen by many.  We would like our clients to know that we will not allow any business interference again to our corporation.  We did put a stop to it, no matter what they try to do to us.  They are merely a very sad family who not only act angry but look angry.  Their actions will live on forever as we will make sure to publicize everything we know about them, including the lies, affairs, stolen goods and malicious actions.  On a lighter note, A Kleen Sweep Inc is proud to announce our San Diego office opening in June.  We will update our premier clients in our monthly newsletter as well as update this site accordingly.  Way to go A Kleen Sweep!!!
